Light has been one of the greatest mysteries for humankind. The speed of light is the highest available speed that is impossible for humans to reach this speed to date. Also, the identity of the light remains unknown. The factor that makes a person see is light. Light strikes or passes through reflected objects, and then it reaches our eyes; by calculating the information inside the photons by the brain, we can see and estimate the distance.

In this project, we decided to examine the exposure and aesthetics in addition to placing the retro-reflector from the car's rear bumper into the rear lamp. Our team started the project by looking at the space inside the rear lights and the feasibility. By performing light simulations and light engineering, we achieved an optimal design that meets E standards in auto light standards. Also, removing the retro-reflector from the rear bumper inside the lamp reduced production costs.

Light is the first element of the visual system. We usually divide Lighting products into two categories:
The first category is lamps that produce area lights, and the second is lamps that have spotlights.
Also, in terms of energy consumption, this lighting category has always aimed to reduce energy consumption according to the standards of the amount of light required in the house environment.
We usually use the second category in shops, stores, outdoor spaces of towers or external lighting systems, etc. We should note that the power supply in this category of lights is very high consumption and emits with increased intensity.
They can illuminate the desired location by emitting appropriate point light, taking into account the intensity of external ambient light. Due to the high energy consumption and light intensity in the second category of lights, their use is outside the ergonomic standards of indoor lighting.
According to the brief description given above, there is a need for this demand, i.e., the use of a spotlight in the house.
We considered market needs, cost estimation, feasibility studies, standards, etc. We took the process of preparing input data along with idea generation and sketching and finally met the needs in parallel advancement. Considering the limitations in various sciences, such as mechanical engineering, light, heat, etc., we continued the design process according to the aesthetic sciences. Fortunately, we combined both lighting categories described with the required standards to achieve the Starlight product.
According to all light standards, the first factor considered in the design and engineering of light is the degree of attraction of the human eye to the light source. We decided to develop the 120-160 degree spray by L.E.D S.M.D light sources in this product by creating a complementary dual light source.
In the first use, adjust the angles of 75 to 105 degrees of light source spraying by the reflector piece and use it as a point light output. According to the light intensity diagrams (LUX), you can see this realization.
In the second use, we used other sources of light scattering angles and photons reflected from behind the reflector to provide area light. We used TRANSLUCENT polycarbonate in the body material of the capsule. Due to the stable molecular structure of polycarbonate, area light scattering occurs regularly. According to INTENSITY diagrams, the realization of this has been seen. Precision engineering software performs all calculations, measurements, and graphs and can be measured according to the final product.
